The ATM located beside the Waverly Wal-Mart has been replaced with a new ATM machine. For the last several months, this machine has had some mechanical issues that caused it to be temporarily out of order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The new ATM will help serve the ATM needs of our members.

If you have a debit card and we have your correct cell phone number, you will receive
the following text message:
Johnsonville TVA ECU Fraud Alerts. Reply YES to enroll. Reply HELP for help. STOP to cancel. Msg & Data Rates May Apply.

Visa Purchase Alerts is a free consumer opt-in service that allows Visa cardholders to get alerts for transactions in real-time and immediately identify potentially fraudulent activity. To access information about Visa Purchase Alerts, Visa cardholders can visit www.visa.com/purchasealerts.

ATTN: Do not respond to any phone calls regarding blocked Debit Cards if it comes from any number other than 877-253-8964. If you receive a call from our fraud department the number you would see on your caller ID is 877-253-8964. They would leave you a message to call them back at 1-800-262-2024 and leave you with a specific case number being 10 digits long. They will never ask for you debit card number. Any other phone calls regarding Debit Cards being blocked should be ignored as they are scams.
If the Fraud Department calls you, this means that possible fraud has been attempted on your debit card. The Fraud Department will call you from 877-253-8964 to verify the transaction. It is important for you to call the Fraud Department back at 800-262-2024 – Option 1. If you do not call back, your card may be blocked.

To maximize the efficiency of the Fraud Protection program, please update and/or verify your cell phone number with the credit union. Please call the credit union at 731-584-7238 or 1-800-338-4609.
